1. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every MingJewel piece. All orders come with a 90-day quality guarantee. If any item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within this period and we will provide a replacement.
Please note: Minor colour variations due to monitor settings or photo editing are not considered defects.
2. Returns & Exchanges for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons—such as the style not suiting you or the size not fitting—please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges must be requested through our support team first.
Replacement items are not eligible for return.
Engraved, customized items are final sale.
3. Return Process
All returns and exchanges must be approved and processed by MingJewel before sending items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Damaged or worn items may be rejected and returned at our discretion. To initiate a return or exchange, please send your Order Number and photos of the item and packaging to support@mingjewel.com .
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
